Processing & Shipping Times
Due to the time required to process, pack, and ship your orders, delivery may take longer than expected — especially during high-demand periods such as holidays or major sales events.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to process and prepare your order. We appreciate your patience as we make sure every order is handled with care.
Once your order is confirmed (please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays), it will be shipped via the delivery method selected at checkout. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive this email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if verification is required, this may result in an additional processing delay of 1 to 2 business days. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your shipping and billing information before placing your order to avoid any issues.
Delivery & Package Safety
Your package may require a signature upon delivery. Most deliveries are made to your mailbox or front door. However, if the carrier determines that the location is not secure, they may hold the package at the local post office, leave it with a building manager or neighbor, or reschedule the delivery.
We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as your workplace or a trusted person's home.
